The essay needs to focus on the phenomena of a societal problem and dedicated a couple of pages to it. Most of the time, the phenomenon and the problem are one and the same thing. This includes areas where businesses collapse, unemployment rises, and there are social conflicts, war, and political violence. In short, anything that is detrimental to economic growth is an issue of focus. The central focus of my work is to highlight the issues that accompany the problem of economic growth in the United States of America. I am concerned about the impact of economic development in the United States. I will be explaining the underlying social factors that contribute to it.
Instead of having a list of items with a brief description as expected on an itinerary, I have chosen to focus solely on one item of interest as it is going to take time to grasp the complete picture. Everything else in the details consists of any additional information that might be useful. This is for the reason that, in my opinion, any organization brings into practice the philosophy of management as an art which deals with the science of making a plan of action. Throughout the course of the itinerary, I will delve further into issues and topics that are important at a particular moment in time.
Guaranteed poor performance in any organization can be the combined result of two underlying factors as productivity and strategy. A large organizational performance gap occurs when many employees do not meet expectations with the combination of productivity and strategy. There is less likelihood of an organization achieving certain outcomes that were intended because of poor productivity and strategy. An offensive strategy is when there is more likelihood to attain an objective or goals although an offensive strategy would also ensure construction of defenses for other competitors.
An analysis of the economic sectors such as business, trade, and services reveals that the gaps and overlaps in productivity are caused by lack of strategy. As such, one of the primary focuses is to create a basic strategy that will accomplish two main functions, that is, close the gaps and overlaps in productivity as well as within the structures that enhance competitiveness. It is crucial to define fundamental strategies as they serve as the basis in achieving an organization’s objectives and can ensure success regardless of the prevailing circumstances. Any organization that lacks a definable and clear direction is bound to suffer failures or setbacks.
